Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, rapper and singer Alize.S is a force to be reckoned with. While singing to hits from Brandy and Toni Braxton at a young age, Alize.S’ interest in urban music was no secret. It would be only in 2011 when he released his self-entitled Mixtape would critics truly believe he was in it to win it. With the mentality of a business man, and a surprisingly dedicated grind, Alize.S was able to put out two Mixtapes before he turned 18, even though he was in school full time. As a young teenager, he faced the issue of not being a stereotypical rapper; especially when he released his debut single Keep Living which reached out to boys his age contemplating suicide. As an independent rapper still unsure of where he wanted to go with his writing abilities, Alize kept to himself, putting out songs as often as he could.  After working for half a year on the Battle of Hearts Mixtape, Alize released his improved project on August 22, 2012. He then released new material in order to satisfy his supporters.  He began to work on his new project before the summer, which lacked a concrete title at the time. On June 10th, three days after his birthday, he dropped the Official Music Video for his first summer single #Redlines. It was a song out of left field for Alize.S and his fans alike, who were used to the rapper's usually softer love songs. He then annouced a new EP entitled Superman on Weekends which he planned to drop in August. Before that, he released a Music Video for his Body Party (Remix), a bonus cut off the EP. The EP was released on August 2nd, and Alize is ready to continue his journey into the entertainment industry.
